We can shorten although/though + subject + be by removing the subject and be.

✅ Although she was exhausted, she continued working.

➡️ Although exhausted, she continued working.

More examples:

1. Although exhausted by the journey, she attended the meeting.
2. Though unaware of the consequences, he continued.
3. Although determined to succeed, he faced obstacles.
4. Though confident in her abilities, she prepared carefully.
5. Although pressed for time, they finished the task.

💡 Rule: The omitted subject must be the same as the main-clause subject.

👉 Although he was tired, he worked.

➡️ Although tired, he worked.
