Singular Noun Ending in -s + Apostrophe (’)

When a singular noun ends in -s, we can add only an apostrophe (’) to show possession.

Examples:

1. The thesis’ conclusion was controversial.
2. The campus’ atmosphere was fascinating.
3. The press’ handling of the scandal was criticised.
4. The process’ final stage needs funding.
5. The actress’ performance impressed everyone.
