✅ What to Do

[1]Perform aqiqah on the 7th day: 2 sheep for a boy, 1 for a girl. (Tirmidhi 1516)

[1]Shave the baby's head and give the equivalent weight of hair in silver as sadaqah. (Bukhari 5472)

[2]Give a good name on the 7th day along with the aqiqah. (Bukhari 5478)

[2]Circumcise the male child on the 7th day or before puberty.

[2]Cook the aqiqah meat and distribute to family, neighbors, and poor.

[2]Apply saffron or perfume to the baby's head after shaving. (Bukhari 5472)
