✅ What to Do

[M]Know that 5+ known suckling sessions in the first 2 years establish milk-mahram. (Muslim 1444)

[1]Breastfeed your children for 2 full years if possible. (Qur'an 2:233)

[2]Know who becomes mahram through milk: the milk mother, her husband, their children, milk siblings.

[2]Seek a trustworthy wet nurse if you cannot breastfeed. (Qur'an 65:6)
