✅ What to Do

[1]Establish a waqf — ongoing charity that continues after death. (Muslim 1631)
[2]Designate the beneficiaries clearly: family, poor, mosque, school, etc.
[2]Make the waqf permanent and irrevocable — the capital is preserved, benefits are distributed.
[2]Appoint a trustworthy administrator (mutawalli) for the waqf.
[2]'Umar RA established the first known waqf — a date grove whose produce was given in charity. (Bukhari 2737)

🚫 What Not to Do

[h]Sell, gift, or inherit a waqf property — it is permanently in Allah's cause.
[h]Divert waqf income to yourself or for unauthorized purposes.
[h]Neglect the maintenance of waqf property.
