✅ What to Do

[1]Suppress anger — the strong person is one who controls themselves when angry. (Bukhari 6114)
[1]Seek refuge in Allah from shaytan when angry. (Bukhari 3282)
[1]If standing while angry, sit down; if still angry, lie down. (Abu Dawud 4782)
[2]Make wudu when angry — anger is from shaytan, water extinguishes fire. (Abu Dawud 4782)
[2]Remain silent when angry — the Prophet said, "If you are angry, be silent." (Ahmad)
[1]Forgive when you have the power to retaliate — this is from taqwa. (Qur'an 3:134)

🚫 What Not to Do

[H]Hit, break things, or harm others when angry. (Bukhari 6114)
[h]Make decisions when angry — judgments made in anger are not valid. (Bukhari 7158)
[h]Curse or use foul language when angry.
