[1]Exhaust reconciliation options first — appoint arbiters. (Qur'an 4:35)

[1]Give divorce during wife's purity (tuhr) without intercourse — sunni talaq.

[1]Observe iddah — 3 cycles or until delivery.

[M]Provide maintenance during iddah.
