[M]Hold firmly to the Qur'an and Sunnah — the two weighty things. (Muslim 2408)

[M]Follow the Sunnah in all matters — whatever the Prophet gave, take it. (Qur'an 59:7)

[2]Observe the religion as the Companions practiced it — the best generation. (Bukhari 3651)
[2]Leave doubtful matters — what is halal is clear, what is haram is clear, between them are doubtful. (Bukhari 2051)
[1]Follow the evidences — do not blindly follow customs or forefathers. (Qur'an 2:170)
[1]Accept the truth even if it contradicts your desires, culture, or school of thought.
[2]Love the Prophet more than your own self — a condition of complete faith. (Bukhari 15)
[1]Learn the deen from authentic sources — not from internet preachers without verification.
[2]Be gentle in calling others to the Sunnah — wisdom and beautiful preaching. (Qur'an 16:125)

🚫 What Not to Do

[H]Innovate in religion — every bid'ah is misguidance, every misguidance is in Hell. (Muslim 2977)
[h]Make obligatory what Allah has not made obligatory.
[h]Prohibit what Allah has made permissible.
[H]Follow the path of those who divide the religion into sects. (Qur'an 6:159)
[h]Fanatically follow one madhhab to the exclusion of clear evidence from Quran and Sunnah.
[h]Reject an authentic hadith because it contradicts your opinion or school. (Bukhari 4527)
[h]Exaggerate in religion — the Prophet warned against extremism. (Bukhari 7287)
[h]Remove people from Islam based on sins (khawarij methodology).

⭐ As You Wish

— Follow any of the 4 Sunni madhahib (Hanafi, Maliki, Shafi'i, Hanbali) — all are valid paths.
— Choose qualified scholars to learn from — the dead are not asked, the living are.
