Preparing for Death

✅ What to Do

[1]Repent daily — Allah loves the repentant. (Qur'an 2:222)
[1]Write a will. (Bukhari 2738)
[2]Visit graveyard — reminds of death. (Muslim 976)
[1]Increase good deeds — they alone accompany you.
[2]Pay off debts before death. (Tirmidhi 1078)
[1]Make du'a for deceased, give sadaqah on their behalf.
[1]Have good thoughts of Allah at death. (Muslim 2877)

🚫 What Not to Do

[H]Despair of Allah's mercy. (Qur'an 39:53)
[h]Wish for death due to hardship. (Bukhari 6351)
[H]Commit suicide — major sin.
[H]Follow un-Islamic funeral practices.
