✅ What to Do

[2]Sleep in a state of wudu. (Bukhari 6312)
[2]Dust the bed before sleeping. (Bukhari 6320)
[2]Recite the combined surahs (Qul huwallahu Ahad, etc.) and blow on hands, wipe body. (Bukhari 6318)
[1]Recite Ayat al-Kursi before sleeping — a protector from shaytan until morning. (Bukhari 2311)
[2]Recite the last two verses of Surah al-Baqarah. (Bukhari 5008)
[2]Sleep on your right side facing the Qiblah. (Bukhari 6314)
[1]Make du'a before sleeping and when waking up.

🚫 What Not to Do

[h]Sleep on your stomach — the Prophet disliked this position. (Abu Dawud 5040)
[h]Sleep without covering yourself (for men from navel to knee).
[h]Sleep after Fajr or Asr without need — it may cause laziness.
