✅ What to Do

[1]Say "Masha'Allah" when admiring something — it prevents the evil eye. (Qur'an 18:39)
[1]Seek refuge with Allah from the envier when he envies. (Qur'an 113:5)
[2]Burn 'ud (oud) or use ruqyah for treatment of the evil eye.
[1]Give ghusl to the envier if the victim is known — the Prophet commanded it. (Muslim 2189)
[2]Praise only with "Masha'Allah la quwwata illa billah." (Qur'an 18:39)
[2]Conceal your blessings — do not flaunt wealth, children, or beauty unnecessarily.
[1]Recite the morning and evening adhkar — they are a fortress against harm.

🚫 What Not to Do

[h]Praise someone without saying "Masha'Allah" — you may inadvertently cause the evil eye.
[h]Envy others' blessings — hasad destroys good deeds like fire burns wood. (Abu Dawud 4903)
[H]Use amulets or talismans to ward off the evil eye.
[h]Attribute every misfortune to the evil eye without evidence.
